Imago Christi: Spring Gathering - Colorado Springs

The Imago Christi Spring Gathering will be April 13 -- April 17, 2026 from Monday dinner through Friday breakfast, in Colorado Springs at the: 

Franciscan Retreat Center 

7740 Deer Hill Grove; Colorado Springs, CO 80919

Expect a unique experience of engaging in the rhythms and participating in the community life of our evangelical order of spiritual formation ministry, including:

• Spiritually forming Worship rhythms
• Spiritual Exercises and Discussion
• Retreat opportunities
• Community Sharing and Prayer (see Guide to Gatherings)

THE COST FOR THE GATHERING IS:

(Please Note this cost does not include Lunch/dinner.)

• $502 (SINGLE OCCUPANCY)
• $322 (SHARED DOUBLE, SINGLES)
• $644 (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, MARRIED COUPLES ONLY) 
• $25 per day (Day-Guest fee and Snacks, $41 per day to include Breakfast)

INCLUDING:

• Room and board for Four nights.
• Transportation only to & from Denver (DEN) International Airport (if needed),
• A portion of the conference room and incidental fees,
• A $50 Registration fee, which goes to the “Imago Christi travel and development fund”
• Note: the cost does NOT include your airfare to DEN (Denver International Airport), which you must arrange on your own.

• Note: This year, the cost does NOT include lunches and dinners. These will be ordered out to local restaurants.

• Please arrive at DEN by 2 pm MT, and send your flight itinerary, or arrival/departure schedule to [email protected] by  April 6th.

GUEST REGISTRATION: 

• You must complete registration by Friday, March 27th, 2026 (8am ET), when we must report our final room count!
• You must pay the full amount upon Registration.
• If you wish to participate in one or more days of the Gathering (recommended Thursday), then please pay the "Day Guest" Registration Fee, and indicate on the "Message" line of your Registration Form, which day(s) you will be able to join us. You will also be charged for whatever meals you eat at the Conference center, Contact Bill or Ralph for more details and options.
